Giulio Rubino: was born in Rome on 22 August 1980. He has a master in journalism awarded from the Sapienza University of Rome. Giulio has worked in the press office of the Fondazione Musica of Rome and has been the responsible person for the press office of Zoneattive (Rome). In 2007 he has worked as free-lance journalist in Latin America, writing and taking pictures for several reportages.

Cecilia Anesi: was born in Bressanone, in the north of Italy, on 27 may 1987, but was grown up in the countryside of Umbria, central Italy. After studying at the United World College of the Adriatic in Duino, Trieste (Italy), she has graduated with a CLASS ONE BA HONS in Journalism with sociology (criminology and migration studies) from City University of London. Cecilia collaborates with the online papers Peace Reporter, Index on Censorship and The Latest. She has written for Kazin (a Slovene magazine) and a comment piece for The Guardian. She is part of the online project on east London regeneration eastlondonblitz.com.
